Oxford Operatic Society return to the New Theatre following a very successful production of West Side Story with the
classic Rogers and Hammerstein musical, The King and I. The show depicts the story of English widow Anna Leonowens
who went to Siam as a school teacher to the royal court where she soon found herself at odds with the stubborn monarch.

With beautiful songs including, Getting To Know You and Shall We Dance, The King and I is an unforgettable story of love
and friendship.
